Helps with: Anxiety, insomnia, appetite for sweets. Ensures: security, warmth. The best vanilla qualities come from Madagascar and the Comoros. The pods of this type of orchid are green when they are harvested and do not yet have a scent. The sweet scent vanillin, which is so popular with children, is only formed during a long fermentation process.
