What is Nasobol Inhalo and when is it used?

Nasobol Inhalo is an inhalation tablet containing a mixture of aromatic essences used to treat respiratory diseases and promote expectoration of phlegm.

The steam moistens the mucous membranes of the nose and bronchi.

The occasional inhalation of steam and aromatic essences has a beneficial effect, as it supports the function of the mucous membranes in the nose and airways.

When must Nasobol Inhalo not be used?

Nasobol Inhalo must not be used:

  • if you are hypersensitive to one of the ingredients (see «What does Nasobol Inhalo contain?»);
  • if seizures have already occurred;
  • if you have bronchial asthma, whooping cough and acute pneumonia;
  • during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

When is caution required when using Nasobol Inhalo?

You must contact your doctor before using this medicine if:

  • You suffer from asthma, whooping cough or bronchitis with a lot of mucus;
  • the following symptoms occur: fever, shortness of breath, purulent or bloody sputum, very severe or persistent cough, skin rash or persistent headache ;
  • Your symptoms last longer than a week.

The Nasobol Inhalo effervescent tablets should never be swallowed, either whole or dissolved in water.

Inform your doctor, pharmacist or druggist if you suffer from other illnesses, have allergies or are taking other medicines (even those you bought yourself!) or using them externally!

Can Nasobol Inhalo be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Nasobol Inhalo must not be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

How do you use Nasobol inhalo?

The Nasobol lnhalo tablets are used for inhalation as follows:

Adults:

Dissolve 2-3 tablets in a container or inhaler filled with hot water. As the tablets gradually dissolve, it is best to add them to the water 2-3 minutes apart. The vapor should then be inhaled for 5-10 minutes. Discard the solution after use. In order to achieve full effectiveness, the inhalations should be repeated 3 or 4 times a day.

Children and adolescents:

The use and safety of Nasobol Inhalo in children and adolescents has not been established.

Stick to the dosage given in the package leaflet or prescribed by your doctor. If you think the medicine is too weak or too strong, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or druggist.

What side effects can Nasobol inhalo have?

The following side effects can occur when using Nasobol Inhalo:

Common side effects (seen in 1-10 users in 100):

Skin irritation (redness, irritation).

Uncommon side effects (seen in less than 1 user in 100):

Eye irritation (redness, itching).

What else needs to be considered?

The medicinal product may only be used up to the date marked «EXP» on the container.

Store Nasobol Inhalo in the original package and at room temperature (15-25°C) out of the reach of children.

What does Nasobol lnhalo contain?

Each Nasobol lnhalo effervescent tabletcontains cineole 8.5 mg, levomenthol 9.2 mg, rosemary oil 7.9 mg and thyme oil 4.2 mg.

This preparation also contains the following excipients: sorbitol, maltodextrin, anhydrous citric acid, calcium carbonate, mannitol, heavy magnesium carbonate, talc, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, verbena honey aroma, lemon oil, lavender oil.
