In our latitudes, the population tends to consume little iodine because we rarely eat sea fish and fruits. Artificially iodized table salt has resulted in fewer people suffering from goiters. If sufficient iodized table salt is used, no additional iodine supplement should be used. If, on the other hand, non-iodized salt is used or low-salt cooking, the use of the seaweed kelp (plant-bound iodine) is an ideal dietary supplement.
Kelp seaweed tablets are rich in natural iodine. Iodine is necessary for normal thyroid function.
Take 1 tablet 3 times a day before meals with sufficient liquid.
