Bergamot thrives in the intense sun of southern Italy. Its fruity, tart-sweet citrus scent is a real helper for people who tend to be anxious. The essential oil is recommended for mental low points. Strongly photosensitizing, do not use on the skin in the sun and do not use undiluted.

Application

For room scenting and for personal aroma care. Consult the specialist literature for use in aromatherapy! Tips: To calm down after a tense day, put a few drops on a handkerchief and put it next to the pillow. To brighten the mood, put a few drops in the fragrance lamp. If you are anxious, smell the bottle directly.
