When is Mucokehl D5 eye drops used?

According to the homeopathic drug picture, Mucokehl® D5 eye drops can be used on the eyes for circulatory disorders.

What should you bear in mind?

If your doctor has prescribed other medicines for you, ask your doctor or pharmacist whether Mucokehl® D5, Eye drops may be used at the same time. If there is no improvement after 2-3 days of treatment, professional advice should be sought. If you feel pain in your eyes, notice visual disturbances or reddening of the eyes, you should consult an ophthalmologist immediately. If an irregular pulse, severe palpitations, stabbing pains in the chest area and shortness of breath occur suddenly or last longer, you should consult a doctor. You will find out whether the heart or the vessels are organically diseased or whether the symptoms are caused by nerves.

When should Mucokehl D5 eye drops not be used or should only be used with caution?

Mucokehl® D5 eye drops should not be used in the case of hypersensitivity to penicillin and chlorhexidine acetate (preservatives). Mucokehl® D5, eye drops may only be used in children if expressly prescribed by a doctor. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you

- suffer from other diseases

- have allergies or

- take other medicines (including those you bought yourself) or use them on your eyes.

May Mucokehl D5 eye drops be taken/used during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

How do you use Mucokehl D5 eye drops?

case Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, drip 1 drop into the eye to be treated twice a day. Do not touch the pipette tip. Close bottle immediately after use. After opening the pack, the eye drops may be used for a maximum of 1 month. Follow the dosage given in the package leaflet or prescribed by your doctor. If the desired improvement does not occur during the treatment of a small child/child, a doctor should be consulted with him or her. If you think the medicine is too weak or too strong, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

What side effects can Mucokehl D5, eye drops have?

The following side effects can occur when using Mucokehl® D5, eye drops: In very rare cases, allergic reactions to one of the ingredients (active ingredient, preservative). The drug must be discontinued immediately and the doctor must be consulted immediately. If you notice any side effects that are not described here, tell your doctor or pharmacist. When using homeopathic medicines, the symptoms can temporarily worsen (initial aggravation). If the deterioration persists, discontinue Mucokehl® D5, eye drops and inform your doctor or pharmacist.

What else should be observed?

The drug may only be used up to the date marked "Use by" on the container. Store drug out of reach of children. Store at room temperature (15-25°C). Your doctor or pharmacist can provide you with further information.

What does Mucokehl 5X eye drops contain?

The eye drops contain:

Mucor racemosus 5X aquos dilutio (HAB; 5a).

This preparation also contains isotonic saline solution and the preservative chlorhexidine acetate as auxiliary substances.
