Properties
Most of the sun vitamin is formed by our body itself when there is sufficient exposure to the sun in the skin. However, in autumn and winter, when the sun is too short (office work) and when the skin is dark, this is sometimes not enough. If the body does not produce vitamin D itself, the German Society for Nutrition recommends a daily intake of 20 µg (800 IU) of vitamin D for adults. This corresponds to 1 drop of vitamin D3 oil. Application
