What is INBIOTYS Alflorex and when is it used?
INBIOTYS Alflorex is a dietary supplement that should not replace a healthy lifestyle and a varied and balanced diet.The intestinal microbiota - formerly known as "intestinal flora" - is the totality of all microorganisms in our digestive system, especially bacteria and yeasts. The intestinal microbiota of an adult can contain up to 1014 microorganisms living in a natural balance with each other. This is ten times the total number of cells in the human body.The bacterial strains are not all the same. Each strain is specific, even within the group of bifidobacteria. INBIOTYS Alflorex contains the Bifidobacterium longum 35624® strain, for which several scientific studies have been carried out.INBIOTYS Alflorex is the only product in Europe that contains the 35624® strain. This strain was isolated from the healthy human intestine and developed over 15 years of research by scientists at Alimentary Health Ltd. and the APC Microbiome Institute at University College Cork.

How to use INBIOTYS Alflorex?
Take 1 capsule of INBIOTYS Alflorex daily for at least 4 weeks. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Can be taken at any time of the day, regardless of meals. Take with a glass of water.Fruit juices are generally acidic and acid can damage the 35624® strain. We recommend taking INBIOTYS Alflorex with water, milk or less acidic drinks such as soy, almond or rice milk. However, INBIOTYS Alflorex can be taken with a meal that also contains fruit juice, as food helps protect the INBIOTYS Alflorex strain.INBIOTYS Alflorex consists of bacteria that could be inactivated by treatment with antibiotics. INBIOTYS Alflorex can be taken at the same time as antibiotics. However, during antibiotic therapy, the daily dose of INBIOTYS Alflorex must be taken separately from the dose of the antibiotic. A temporary adjustment phase is normal. It is important to continue taking INBIOTYS Alflorex.

Storage
Always close the container after each use. The container was sealed after filling. Store at room temperature, below 25 °C and in a dry place. Do not store in the refrigerator.Best before: see on the can or on the bottom of the pack.Use within 30 days of opening.Keep out of reach of small children.
