Composition
771 µg vitamin A (as ?-carotene), 5 µg vitamin D, 10 mg tocopherol (vitamin E), 1.4 mg thiamine (vitamin B1), 1.4 mg Riboflavin (vitamin B2), 18 mg niacin, 6 mg pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), 1.9 mg pyridoxine (vitamin B6), 400 µg folates, corresp.:, 200 µg folic acid, 200 µg calcium L-methylfolate (metafolin), 2.6 µg cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), 30 µg biotin, 85 mg ascorbic acid (vitamin C), 57 mg magnesium, 14 mg iron, 1 mg copper, 150 µg iodine, 10 mg zinc, 60 µg selenium, 200 mg docosahexaenoic acid DHA, 80 mg Eicosapentaenoic acid EPA, per capsule.
Properties
Lactose-free, gluten-free and without pork gelatine. Small capsules with no fishy aftertaste.
Application
Take 1 capsule daily.
