The Salus Vitamin B complex is a tonic with 6 important B vitamins B1, B2, niacin (B3), B6, biotin (B7) and vitamin B12. The B vitamins are involved in many metabolic processes in the body and contribute to mental and physical well-being. They all play a role in healthy energy metabolism and healthy nerve function. In addition, the vitamins have other tasks. Vitamin B1 contributes to normal mental function and normal heart function. Vitamin B2 and niacin can help to reduce fatigue and exhaustion and contribute to maintaining normal skin and mucous membranes.
