Product description
The Deumavan Intimate Protection Ointment Neutral is suitable for daily care and protection of the external female and male genitals, the perineum and the anal area. It is used to relieve skin irritations such as burning, itching, redness and swelling. This ointment is also an effective aid for skin injuries, dry skin (e.g. during menopause due to hormone deficiency), after radiation and for wounds in the anal area, especially in cases of diarrhea and fissures. This protective ointment can also be used as a lubricant.
It contains no pharmacologically active substances, stabilizers, emulsifiers, preservatives or hormones and therefore has no allergic potential. Its effect is based on improving the suppleness of the skin through a thin layer of fat made from highly purified paraffins. This reduces transepidermal water loss and supports natural sebum production. The skin barrier is not impaired by the ointment's protective film, but is instead strengthened.
Application
The Deumavan intimate protective ointment can be used as needed, even several times a day and over a longer period of time.
