What is DUL-X Gel cool comfrey comp. and when is it used?

DUL-X Gel cool Wallwurz comp. is applied externally:

-for strains, bruises, sprains, minor hematomas (bruising), torn muscles.

DUL-X Gel cool Wallwurz comp. is also suitable for the symptomatic treatment of blunt injuries.

When can DUL-X Gel cool Wallwurz comp. not be used?

DUL-X Gel cool Wallwurz comp. must not be used:

-if you are known to be hypersensitive to one of the ingredients (see «What does DUL-X Gel cool Wallwurz comp. contain?»).

When using DUL-X Gel cool Wallwurz comp. Caution required?

DUL-X Gel Cool Wallwurz comp. must not be used on small children. Use is also not recommended on phlebitis, varicose veins, open wounds and extensively damaged skin or mucous membranes.

DUL-X Gel cool Wallwurz comp. use with caution in children under 8 years of age.

In the case of severely painful bruising, a medical check-up is indicated.

After using DUL-X Gel cool Wallwurz comp. Wash your hands. Avoid eye contact. DUL-X Gel cool Wallwurz comp. is not a sports massage product in the true sense and should therefore be used for a short time and only for the purpose described.

DUL-X Gel cool Wallwurz comp. contains sodium methyl parahydroxybenzoate E 219, which can cause allergic reactions, including delayed reactions.

May DUL-X Gel cool Wallwurz comp. during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

DUL-X Gel cool Wallwurz comp. should not be used, except for a short period of time, not over a large area and only with a doctor's prescription.

How to use DUL-X Gel cool comfrey comp.?

Adults

DUL-X Gel cool Wallwurz comp. Massage in a thin layer up to 5 times a day and gently massage into the area to be treated without applying pressure. The duration of use should not exceed 6 weeks.

The application and safety of DUL-X Gel cool Wallwurz comp. in children and adolescents has not yet been tested.

Follow the dosage given in the package leaflet or as prescribed by your doctor. If you think the medicine is too weak or too strong, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or druggist.

What side effects can DUL-X Gel cool Wallwurz comp. have?

The following side effects can occur when using DUL-X Gel cool Wallwurz comp. occur:

-skin irritation,

rashes.

In this case, the treatment should be discontinued and, if necessary, a doctor should be consulted.

If you notice side effects that are not described here, you should inform your doctor, pharmacist or druggist.

What else needs to be considered?

The medicinal product may only be used up to the date marked «EXP» on the container.

Any eye contact may cause eye burns. Rinse your eyes with plenty of water. The symptoms disappear after a short time.

Storage Instructions

Keep the medicine out of the reach of children and at room temperature (15-25°C).

Active ingredients

Liquid extract of comfrey root 10.0 g (Symphytum officinale L., drug-extract ratio 2:1, extracting agent: ethanol 65% v/v), dry extract of horse chestnut seeds 10.0 g (Aesculus hippocastanum L., drug-extract ratio 5-7:1, extractant: ethanol 60% v/v), arnica flower tincture 4.0 g (Arnica montana L., drug-extract ratio 1:10, extractant: ethanol 60-70% v/v), allantoin 0.6 g , esculin 0.5 g, menthol 0.35 g, peppermint oil 0.11 g, rosemary oil 0.35 g.

Excipients

Ethanol 94%, polysorbate 80, carbomers, trolamine, water, clove oil, eucalyptus oil, camphor, cinnamon leaf oil, citronella oil, sodium methyl parahydroxybenzoate E 219, imidazolidinyl ureum.
