Description
What are Zeller Stomach chewable tablets and when are they used?
Zeller Stomach chewable tablets contain the two active ingredients calcium carbonate and magnesium trisilicate, which help to neutralize excess stomach acid. The two active ingredients complement each other in their effect, with calcium carbonate acting quickly, while magnesium trisilicate acts more slowly and thus ensures a longer-lasting effect.
When used correctly, Zeller Stomach are a well-tolerated medicine for short to medium-term use in the case of: Stomach or heartburn, acid reflux, irritable stomach, indigestion due to over-acidification of the stomach, flatulence and acute stomach problems.
What precautions should be taken?
In order to avoid recurrent stomach acid, you should ensure a balanced and moderate diet. Reduce fats and carbohydrates (sweets and pasta) in favor of proteins and vitamins (fish and vegetables). It is advisable to eat several times a day, but in smaller amounts. Try to avoid consuming alcohol and nicotine as well as hot drinks, especially coffee and tea, as much as possible.
If you have stomach problems that last longer than a week, it is advisable to consult a doctor and have the causes clarified.
This medicinal product contains approximately 10 mg of usable carbohydrates per single dose.
When should Zeller Stomach not be used?
Zeller Stomach should not be used if you are hypersensitive to one of the ingredients, if your blood levels of calcium and magnesium are too high, or if you have a phosphate deficiency and impaired kidney function.

Can Zeller Stomach be taken during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

However, systematic scientific investigations have never been carried out.
