Description

What is Valverde Sleep and when is it used?

Valverde Sleep contains dry extracts of valerian roots and hop cones (Ze 91019). Valverde sleep is a standardized herbal medicinal product. Standardization ensures consistent quality from batch to batch. The two proven medicinal plants valerian and hops complement each other. They have a sleep-inducing effect and enable restful sleep through mild sedation.

Valverde sleep is therefore used in the case of: problems falling asleep and staying asleep as well as restless sleep.

What should be considered?

If you have problems sleeping, you should avoid consuming stimulating drinks (coffee, black tea), nicotine and sumptuous food in the evening. Get used to a regular sleep pattern. Also keep in mind that the amount of sleep varies from person to person and decreases with age.

If your symptoms last longer than a month, you should seek medical help.
