At Slight to moderate deficiency symptoms: Take 150 mg (½ tablet of vitamin B₁ Streuli) every other day in the case of slight deficiency symptoms and daily in the case of moderate deficiency symptoms.

In the case of severe deficiency symptoms, your doctor will prescribe you a higher dosage.

Swallow the tablet whole during a meal with some liquid.
